Impact
We measure the pilot, not just the pitch
Impact, for us, means whether young people end up with better opportunities and stronger support. We report what we learn, including what did not work.
What we track
Eight areas of measurement
Indicators below are illustrative. Targets are baselined before being presented as final performance commitments.
Reach
Young people engaged; diversity and inclusion; geographic and community coverage.
Capacity
Leadership and skills improvement; completion of learning activities; mentor engagement.
Networks
Number and quality of mentors, partners and opportunities accessed.
Innovation
Problems identified; ideas developed; prototypes tested; solutions adopted.
Collaboration
Active partnerships; co-designed initiatives; partner contributions.
Outcomes
Employment and opportunity access; participation; service and referral access; community-level change, depending on the intervention.
Knowledge
Research products; learning briefs; evidence used by partners or decision-makers.
Sustainability
Solutions continuing after pilot; resources mobilised; repeat partnerships; diversified income.
