CLINK treats learning as a core function, not an administrative afterthought. Every pilot, partnership and solution should produce knowledge that improves what we do next and informs how partners and decision-makers work with young people.
This function collects what we learn, interprets it honestly, and puts it where it can be used.
What we produce
Research and assessments, opportunity mapping, case studies, policy briefs, a knowledge hub and learning events. Products are designed to be usable by practitioners and decision-makers, not only by researchers.
How partners contribute
Universities, research institutions and specialist organisations bring methodological rigour, technical interpretation and reach into policy processes. CLINK brings access to real youth and community challenges, participation and practitioner insight.
How we work
We document as we go rather than retrospectively, and we publish what did not work alongside what did. Learning briefs are shared openly so that other organisations can build on them.
What we measure
We track research products, learning briefs and, most importantly, evidence that is actually used by partners, programmes or decision-makers.
