The role
Mentors in the CLINK network support young people taking part in our programmes and the Youth Solutions Challenge. In practice that means answering questions in your area of expertise, reviewing work, offering honest perspective on pathways into your field, and being someone a young person can actually reach.
What we ask for
A few hours per month, a willingness to respond, and honesty about what you know and what you do not. You do not need youth work experience. You do need to take young people and their questions seriously.
What you get
Direct contact with motivated young people, a view into problems you may not otherwise encounter, and the chance to shape how a solution develops. Mentor contributions are recognised in programme reporting and learning briefs.
Who we are looking for
Professionals across health, protection and GBV, climate and environment, education, technology, law, research, employment, entrepreneurship and media. We match mentors to teams based on the problem, not on job titles.
